This might indicate a problem with your windows installation, but luckily, Jumi supports an alternative method to using the drivers.
Exit jumi (right click the jumi icon on the notification area near the clock, and select 'exit' from the popup menu)
now click Start -> Run , write 'regedit' and click enter
on the left panel, go to My Computer/HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/JumiTech/JumiController
you will see several items on the right panel, click the 'DriverEmulation' item
a window opens, change the 'Value data' entry to 1 (instead of 0)
close regedit
now run Jumi.
